What is a cold-pressed functional gum tablet?

Chewing gum built to deliver something, not just flavor.

Most gum is made by heating the gum base to high temperatures and pushing it through an extruder. That works for flavor, but heat can break down active ingredients like electrolytes before the gum ever reaches you.

Ours is made differently. The ingredients are blended into a powdered gum base, then pressed into a tablet at room temperature. No heat means the ingredients stay intact, and every piece gets the same amount, from the first piece in the pouch to the last.

Why cold pressed

Heat is great for flavor. Not for ingredients.

Heated and extruded

Conventional gum is cooked and pushed through an extruder at high temperatures. Heat-sensitive ingredients can break down along the way, so you may get less than the label promises.

Electrolytes are blended into a powdered gum base and pressed into a tablet with no heat. What's on the label is what's in the piece.

    Blend

    Potassium, magnesium and calcium are mixed evenly into a powdered gum base, along with our Tropical Berry flavor.

    Press

    The blend is compressed into a tablet at room temperature. No cooking, no extruding, nothing lost to heat.

    Chew

    It slightly crumbles first, allowing electrolytes to spread and be absorbed, then turns into gum. Electrolytes release right away and begin absorbing through the lining of your mouth.
